Dems Pick White Guys to Lead the DNC After Preaching Diversity

It’s not a stretch to say the Democratic Party of 2025 is in total disarray.

Donald Trump returned triumphantly to the White House despite an onslaught from Democrats for years trying to ensure that would never happen. Not only did it happen, but it happened with Trump winning the popular vote and taking the Oval Office with far more clout and power than he had in 2016.

As such, the Democratic Party is in the “soul-searching” phase of sorts as it picks new leadership and tries to rally something resembling a coherent message as the new opposition party.

After getting stomped on in every swing state and destroyed nationally, it would seem prudent for Democrats to consider their options and take a new tact forward on divisive social issues related to gender and equity. Instead, the party is doubling down in every way imaginable except for the new DNC Chairman and Vice Chairman who are **checks notes** straight white guys:

Naturally, when your worldview is distorted to the point of acknowledging thirty-seven different genders, it gets confusing when trying to meet diversity quotas:

As Heather Hunter points out in the Washington Examiner, Democrats have learned nothing from Trump’s victory:

David Hogg, the progressive activist who rose to fame for his gun control advocacy after the 2018 Parkland, Florida, school shooting, was named as the vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee over the weekend, and conservatives are praising the party’s choice in jest.

“To Announce They’ve Given Up Completely, DNC Selects David Hogg As Vice Chair,” the satirical website Babylon Bee wrote on X.

“Meet the new DNC Vice Chairman, David Hogg. The Democrats have learned literally nothing from 2024. Nothing at all,” a netizen reacted on X.

“DNC Vice Chair David Hogg has some legitimately INSANE views that are wildly out of step with the American people. Good to see that the Democrat Party has learned absolutely nothing,” a conservative commentator reacted on X.

“David Hogg exploited dead children and lied about being a school shooting survivor,” Andrew Pollack, father of daughter Meadow who was one of the 17 murdered victims in the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in 2018, mocked Hogg’s DNC win. “In other words, he’s a perfect fit for the Dems!”

There isn’t much surprise here. Democrats are beholden to wokeness like a religion. They believe in it to the point of absurdity. The discussion over pronouns like “ze” or “zim” is case and point. If this is their game plan for 2026 and 2028, hoo boy.

If Democrats believe the lesson from Trump’s victory is that Americans want more woke and new gender discoveries, the DNC is destined to wander in the wilderness for several more election cycles.
