CNN Report: Biden’s Approval Rating Is the Lowest of Any President at This Point

It only took a year and a few months for Biden to go from riding high after his inauguration to being described on CNN as hitting the lowest approval rating of any president at this point in his presidency. How low is that? It’s extremely low, and the prospects for Democrats hoping to slow the red tsunami in November grow dimmer every day.

Here’s Harry Enton, a CNN data guru and number cruncher noting that Biden’s worse off now than literally every one of his modern-day predecessors:

Again, the sheer size of the drop is something to marvel at. All Biden was supposed to do was “return to normal” and turn off the mean tweets from the Trump administration, and he’d be golden.

The Biden White House, instead, turned into a progressive factory of terrible left-wing ideas being pushed as legislation aimed at spending more money to stop inflation and presiding over one of the worst military blunders in American history, and that’s not even the half of it.

Mark Penn, a former pollster for Hillary Clinton has been examining the Biden poll numbers and points out that not only are Democrats sunk in the fall but Biden himself would never be re-elected in this environment:

A former Clinton pollster is calling Joe Biden’s re-election ‘virtually impossible’ as the president faces a historic low approval rating of 33 percent that is even worse among Independents and Republicans.

Biden’s approval with Independents is 26 percent and just a paltry three percent of Republicans say he is doing a good job.

‘These are spectacularly low numbers,’ said Mark Penn, the founder of PSB Insights and a former Hillary Clinton campaign pollster.

‘To really get down to it, only a third being favorable and in the 20s on independents, of course makes [Biden’s] reelection a virtual impossibility.

‘The administration has got to pivot or this is going to be a tornado of a midterms if these numbers continue to hold up,’ Penn said Thursday during an appearance on Fox News.

The administration seems unwilling to pivot, it’s stuck on “stupid” and driving 100 miles per hour in the wrong direction. Biden does not have the ability to turn it around since his bubble is isolated from the reality of what’s happening in the country.

There clearly is a hesitation inside the White House for anyone to try and “right the ship” with Biden at the helm. Why can’t they or won’t they? Biden is supposed to be “Uncle Joe from Scranton,” yet his empathy is gone, almost like he’s being isolated from the consequences of his own policies.

Even a modicum of moderation, contrition, and humility in the face of one failure and bad policy after another would do more to move the needled positively for Biden than anything else. Yet, it’s not happening. Why?

More and more, it seems like something is severely off with the Biden administration. In the face of record inflation, their plan is to throw more government money at the problem? That’s never worked and it’s absolutely the wrong approach to mitigate out-of-control inflation, yet that’s Biden’s answer. Why?

Here’s the video of Biden finishing his speech this week and shaking hands with no one. What’s going on in Washington? Who is handling Biden and sending him out in public like this?

Biden seems destined to go down in history as one of the worst presidents America has ever seen, and the people around him seem willful to let it happen.
