Biden: “If Right-Wing Americans Want to Fight Against the Country, You Need an F-15”

More calm talk of unity from President Empathy on his plan to bring the country together as he recaptures the soul of the nation.

Whenever Biden gets let off the leash for a while, the strangest things start pouring out of his mouth. At a campaign event in Pennsylvania this week, Biden started on a rant about how Americans need to pick sides. They’re either with him or with “the mob,” as he puts it now.

The mob, apparently, are Americans concerned about things like inflation, border security, the economy, and other ridiculous things that no one, according to Biden, should concern themselves with.

In Biden’s head, if you want to “keep Americans independent and safe,” you’ll need an F-15 fighter jet to fight against the country or something:

Huh? What in the heck is he even talking about?

The event he’s speaking at is related to gun control and gun violence. It would seem that Biden is somehow painting a caricature of the Second Amendment being included in the constitution as a backstop against government tyranny. In Biden’s mind, anyone who thinks that way is silly since they won’t be able to fight tyranny with a gun, they’ll literally need an F-15, duh!

You’re not going to keep your liberty and independence with an AR-15, says Biden, try a military fighter jet instead.

The strange part here is that Biden is sort of admitting the scenario exists where the federal government reaches a point where it’s too big and too intrusive to be reigned in any longer. In that world, that exists in Biden’s head, your AR-15 isn’t going to cut it, pal. You’ll need your own Air Force to fight the government when that happens.

It’s a straw man argument and one that is more convoluted than Biden’s daily prescription regiment to be sure. The conclusion, for Biden, is that unless you have the firepower to match wits with the U.S. military, then the government has every right to start banning specific types of guns.

The circular logic here is stunning since the argument to start confiscating weapons is the argument for ensuring the Second Amendment remains intact, but let’s not get carried away riding Biden’s train to loony land.

Biden then went on to call for funding police departments, something that his party has opposed vehemently since the summer of 2020 after the death of George Floyd:

The president called for “funding the police” instead of “defunding” to enhance public safety.

“Want to feel a sense of security? That’s what my crime plan is all about. You know, I call it the Safer Americans Plan. And both your members of Congress voted for it. It’s based on a simple notion. When it comes to public safety to this stage, the answer is not defund the police. It’s fund the police,” Biden said.

It has been Democrats at the forefront of the “Defund the Police” movement and literally no one else. It was Democrat city councils in places like Minneapolis, Seattle, and New York City who chose to “redistribute” funding meant for law enforcement over to social workers and mental health initiatives.

The result is an urban crime wave like no other which is brought to the country courtesy of Democratic Party policies, anti-police hatred, and a “Defiund the Police” movement led by prominent elected officials in Joe Biden’s party.

When should we look forward to Biden’s new legislation to ban “assault weapons” and legalize F-15s for personal defense?

It follows in line with the double-barrel shotgun defense, another Biden gaffe in which he urged his wife to “fire into the air” with both barrels if she’s ever being threatened at their home. A moronic piece of advice that would empty your weapon, leave you unguarded, and probably get you arrested. Then again, Biden’s never been accused of being a deep thinker.

As the Babylon Bee jokes, the huge spike in Americans buying F-15s despite inflation concerns is something nobody saw coming.
