As Trump said each time he spoke on this topic, can you believe we even have to mention this?
Over several years now, for almost a decade, Democrats have veered significantly from traditional norms in their fervent efforts to redefine gender, to the extent that it was left to President Trump to realign with the natural order of things. Democrats have been notably inconsistent in their rhetoric. On one side, they champion the protection of women’s rights, particularly concerning abortion. On the other, they show disdain for the term “women,” opting instead for phrases like “birthing person” or “person assigned female at birth.” It’s an insult on many levels and requires mental gymnastics to square as a coherent position.
It’s a sick mental illness on all fronts. The people who participate in the charade and the individuals themselves foisting their transgenderism on society and demanding compliance.
President Trump’s move on Wednesday was the culmination of a long battle for activists fighting for fairness and the protection of girls’ sports programs all over the country:

Riley Gaines, a swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania, became the poster child for fighting boys invading women’s sports. Gaines and Lia Thomas, a boy posing as a girl, tied for fifth place in the 200-yard freestyle at the 2022 NCAA Swimming Championships. Despite the tie, the NCAA gave the trophy to Thomas for “photo purposes,” leaving Gaines to receive hers later by mail. This incident sparked significant controversy and led Gaines to become an advocate against men competing in women’s sports.
This week, Gaines finally got her vindication for having the courage to speak up and speak out not only for herself but for female athletes everywhere:
I wish I could've told the girl in this photo what was to come in 2025. She felt cheated, betrayed, and violated.
I'm just glad that girl trusted God and took a leap of faith by stating the obvious when it wasn't popular. It was true then and it's true now. He's a man. pic.twitter.com/OtVbJfvKCl

The NCAA just announced it will comply with President Trump’s order, a move that has also opened the door for lawsuits from Gaines and other female athletes damaged by the previous policy:
The NCAA issued a statement in response to Trump’s EO banning men from women’s sports. They say they will take steps to align NCAA policy with the new standards.

Author J.K. Rowling, of Harry Potter fame, and an ardent defender of women’s rights, posted this image with a simple message for her detractors:
Congratulations to every single person on the left who’s been campaigning to destroy women’s and girls’ rights. Without you, there’d be no images like this. pic.twitter.com/mzR7l5k1OW

It cannot be overstated how far out of line the Democratic Party is on this issue. Banning boys from girls’ sports is something that a supermajority of Americans support and even a huge majority of rank-and-file Democrats support.
The numbers are staggering which even CNN is forced to admit:
kudos to CNN for spotlighting that America doesn't support this. But the gas lighting remains, "transgender FEMALE athletes"??? Female is a biology word. Harry Enton @CNN @thelauracoates . Trans-identifying male athletes are being banned from female sports is more accurate. pic.twitter.com/dAhyS9NeTV
